    New IRP / Move policy-effective Dec 01, 2017 [Merged]

Could always be worse, I'm hoping not to lose more than the the max $15k core HEA ($4k out of pocket in that case) assuming there's enough HHTs to sell to. Hopefully there's no surprise gotchas with delivery of HEA.

Thanks. My realtor of nearly 40 years experience was also asking a lot of questions as there is a lot of rumors and they were used to being paid direct. So the lawyer/realtor will take their cut off my sale and I already paid the appraiser myself because otherwise I would never be listed before...

A blank cheque doesn't really help me though if the funds are on a ReloCard. Do all lawyers accept pre-paid Visa that are swipe but have a chip but not a PIN and can't take holds? Directorate Relocation Business Management on Facebook link above: "All lawyers on the TPSP (Third Party Service...

She did mention that one ATM fee is claimable per day. So you have to withdraw $500 per day and upload all the ATM receipts. From what I've read BGRS won't EFT money directly to personal bank accounts anymore. This is part of the "change in delivery" Where I currently live many people still...

Posting Policy-Out of Canada (OUTCAN) [MERGED]

Yea.. I tried all those tricks over a month TD and seems to depend on the state and brand. They are supposed to convert to accept chip cards by now but many seem reluctant to upgrade

Posting Policy-Out of Canada (OUTCAN) [MERGED]

Like screening dependents, your experience with Brookfield probably has a lot to do with how many things/people you try to move. They booked me a $5000 flight and when I pointed out better options for $1000 on HRG, Brookfield chimed in that I wasn't entitled to do that.. I keep that email chain...

Posting Policy-Out of Canada (OUTCAN) [MERGED]

Bump for the new screening season! I've been OUTCAN before but every situation seems different and I learned a lot in this thread so I'll drop some hints below Mortgage: contact your lender ASAP to find out your terms for pre-payment Last time I had a military clause in my terms with MCAP...

    Op Reassurance - medal?

Seems to be 180 days for Op Ignition.  30 flights only counts for certain Ops (and only if they aren't counted towards another!)  I was stationed 3 years with NATO and flew on many Ops but didn't qualify for the NATO bar under the new criteria.

51 Sqn works days (they are a training sqn) unless maybe the only missions available are at night NORAD is more than 1 sqn and has the same diversity of shifts as the trade... 21 Sqn does 4 days - 3 eves - 4 off - 3 days - 4 eves - 3 off... Some people from the evening crew cover the mids. ...

OCDT PAY Table A Level D

For me it was the other way around.  Enrolled ROTP Ocdt level A, 5 yrs later retroactive up to level D Took their time paying and no interest paid of course and I heard if they decide you owe them money they are pretty relentless.  At one point they said I owed it all back

I'd say it's more a lack of resources in general Invasion?  Good thing we have NORAD

How to be an Officer? Is it hard? (Reserve)

Don't let all the discouragement on here stop you.  The reserves is a great way to get some valuable military experience without a full commitment.  I started out in comm reserves in NB and then joined Reg force It sounds like you are a good candidate. Your original question is best answered...

Pay: Statements, Backpay, Benefits, Deductions (Taxes, T4), Deployed ect... [MERGED]

I received a 6 figure retro pay spanning 5 years and had the tax adjusted retroactively using the T1198 This spread the income over a much lower tax bracket, but my RRSP limit was still calculated as if I received it all in 1 year
