Hey guys. Just got sworn in on the seventh.  Kit appointment set for the 28th, and off on the 3rd for the 04Jul05 BMQ in Shilo. Hope to see you all in a few weeks.

Fred Penner (who owns all other children's singers) went to 170 St James (Kiwanis) RCAirCS....... It's a bit odd....... when I was a kid, I was a huge Fred Penner fan.  Then I joined cadets, and just happened to join the squadron he was in.  Didn't find out 'til my third year, either.......

At my squadron, when a cadet turns 18 or 19, we beat them up. (at the dissmiss, the whole squadron chases them down, tackles them, and throws them in a cold shower...... pictures are taken, minor injuries are occassionally sustained, and everyone has fun).

Speed isn't really an issue for a 2.4km run. I think as long as you can keep a running pace up (or maybe a quick jog, I don't know) for 12 minutes, you can probably do it. At least that's what I'm hoping...... (the local outdoor track being completely snowed over and everything else iced over...
