Platoon Comd Aide Memoire: Where to find?

I know you can get it from the CTC Printshop, also the Infantry School website on the DWAN. For cap, you won't need the pl comd's aide memoire, but you will need it for phase3. CAP is all section level, you won't need to do all arms call for fire, but the aide memoire has a lot of good battle...

    NHL Playoffs @ BMQ

I went of BMOQ last summer and let me tell you, the morning after the habs got beaten out of the playoffs was not fun to say the least..

What happens if you get a scholarship?

Congrats, yes - this is true. If the scholarship is not credited directly to your tuition (which it probably is), you can do whatever you want with it. You'll have to do a cost/benefit analysis on what 12,000 x 4 scholarship vs. what a career in public service for your country means to you...

    'New' ROTP Application Requirement?

They definately wont make you go to RMC instead of finishing your degree. Also, when I was an applicant it was understood that you have to have at least 2 years or more remaining in your degree to be accepted. This was last year. Are you in a 5 year program?

    Water drop at 2000 frames/sec

I'm really into photography - I took these with my nikon d70 and d300. Same deal - Waterdrops. I have a lot more on my facebook profile, but this is a flickr link http://www.flickr.com/photos/dboulay89/3105872785/in/set-72157611066142117/

    Shirts...

Wow, that's quite the pickle you're in.  I have the same type of problem with some civvie clothes - The shirt fits my chest properly, but the length (top-to-bottom) is too short. The only solution I could possibly think of is (when wearing the DEU jacket) pin the access fabric together on the...

    Impressed with the recruiting process

You weren't payed to say that right? I'm recently enrolled.. and I can tell you, my recruitment process (ROTP Civvie U) seemed really disorganized on the CRFC end of things. It's all good though, nothing to complain too much about, but I wouldn't say flawless.

    Subsidized Education - ROTP

If you take the constructive comments of George Wallace personal enough that you feel you must write a novel to retort, you should rethink the career choice you're about to make. Not the way I would respond to someone that has over 30 years of experience and knowledge about how members...

ROTP at Civilian University 2004 - 2018 [Merged]

I've been biting my fingers for the last month and I finally got the call today! I was extended an offer for CivvieU ROTP - Land Ops, I'm already in second year at Ontario IT, and they're picking me up for my last two years here. The only problem that I have with this is that the officer that...

ROTP at Civilian University 2004 - 2018 [Merged]

When I had my interview for the ROTP (at the end of October, 08), my interviewer mentioned that there might be a selection board mid-december. Has anyone heard anything to confirming this rumour? I'll be going to the CFRC on the 12th and unless someone has any light to shed, I'll post the...
