There's no way to "prepare" for the interview because it's about you! The CF wants to know about you and your life. Don't over think this, I just had mine for Reg Force and it lasted about 25-30 minutes and I talked to the PSO like a person. So relax and for heavens sake tell the truth. 

My general understanding is that reservist officers only train to Phase 3 with phase 4 being 'reserved' for Regular Force members only. At least this is the case with my MOC. Also, Phase 3's usually last an entire summer and that's the only time most reservists ave off or take their vacation...
