No longer than 3 inches, no folding knives and can not be visible. But like earlier posts it depends on the corps, some allow them, some don't. Don't bring them to reg training only on FTXs and other activites outside of your weekly

I left cadets because it was getting in the way of school, as long as you have a viable reason for leaving it doesn't affect anything. I suggest you tough it out for another year. Things change.

I was in the army cadets for 3 years and it really depends on the corps... You're 17 so a little late into the game (you age out at 18) It's not strict enough and there's way too much focus on dress and drill and not enough on physical things and marksmanship. None the less it is an excellent...
