I know! I stated that, in this case, consent was not proved by the defense. I don't mean to say the defense has to prove anything. It was just to clarify what the defense did and did not. :)

I agree with you for the most part, but I must say that consent was never proved. It was just alleged by the defense when the prosecutor attacked the credibility of the witnesses (to do just that). Evertyhing you named contributed to create a doubt (in my opinion), but I just wanted to clarify...

I'm a little late, but thanks again for the info runormal! I understand the BMQ is now 5 weeks and the BMQ-L is around 3 weeks (if full-time). I hope my unit will accept me in January or February. I can't wait to start training!  Cheers! :)
