This might be a little stale now, but if you are still interested. I am a graduate from a forestry program before joining the CAF. It is an excellent degree if that is the route you would like to go down. I understand the importance of having that card in your back pocket upon joining the CAF...
They do this BC pretty much annually. I used to work in forestry before the mob. My tree planters called me one day at the office to say that "Dude, like black ninja's... man... like flew out of the sky into the block with machete's!" Unfortunately the ninja's didn't take the immature plants...

How does one get a DLN account? I had one a couple of years ago... it doesn't work anymore. Pretty sure on the old DLN website you could register on-line, but there doesn't seem to be a way of doing that anymore.
There are no instructions on wearing head dress in service buildings. There are for other areas i.e. church, mess, non service building, etc. See Section 3 of the CF Dress Instructions.

Sounds like the Naval Ops Course (NOC)... Its coming to an end very soon. NOC will be divided among all phases of the new MARS II, III, IV... You'll notice I didn't say NETP-O. So this must be a course for the none MARS type. Maybe.

Tentative dates aren't out that I can see. But if you go off what happened this past summer it might give you an indication. The course is 10 weeks for RegF... one started on the 24 of May and one on the 6th of June. RIMPAC is like a month long and I doubt they have enough room for 20 extra...
