I took Calculus 1, 2, linear algebra, engineering graphics, general chemistry, mechanics and 2 english courses and got around mid 90s in all. On CFAT I had 8/15 on English, 15/15 on spatial and 30/30 on math.

Just got confirmation from my file manager that I got selected for Pilot ROTP - St-Jean. The email said that it was an early offer so expect more selections to come!
I wouldn't worry about it much. I think the main reason why St-Jean is more french is because all Quebec applicants are sent there due to the Preparatory Year (grade 12 or Cegep 1).
I am from Montreal, so I am lucky to be fluent in both. I recommend full exposure. Change your settings to french, play video games in french, watch shows only in french (subtitles too). Anything that can be done, do it in french.
If you can get ahold of a MCC, they probably will be able to give you that info. I know recruiters have access to the number of positions for different entry plans through their portal, but I am not entirely sure they have the numbers for ROTP.
Not that I know of... most people here are still waiting to get their offer after being shown as selected, but we for sure can start one. It seems like they just started to write up the offers for people who been selected for months. Congratulations btw!
I would think AEC has even more spots than ACSO. It did in the past years if I am not mistaken (from the ST-Jean website with the number of offers for the past year)
