Hello,
I searched but couldn't quite find what I was looking for.
I will be applying to become an avionics system tech, a position that seems to require a high degree of mathematics. I've always been good at math but no doubt need to brush up on some of the math I haven't used in 8-10 years. On top of that, I completed gr. 10 advanced math, then continued to grade 12 at standard level. So perhaps I missed some things in gr. 11/12 that might pertain to the field.
My question for the avionics techs out there, is what types of mathematics are the most important to the trade, what should I really focus on to be successful prior to attending the training. I want to make sure I'm on top of my game when I get started, and not have to worry about learning math on top of all the other information I'll need to acquire.
Thank you in advance for your time.
